RAPS S.C.F. is a fictional seasonal pop-up restaurant, at a field in northeastern Skåne, with food from local lacto-ovo ingredients. It is a conceptual homage to the landscape during and in the middle of a season in bloom. As a concentrated capsule of Skåne's nature and culture.
