Typeface design

Concept

This is an project I did at Berghs SoC in Experimenal Typography. Since this project I’ve been in love with experimental Typefaces and to questioning what’s a Typefaces and whats not. The brief told us to choose a place in Stockholm, and to make a Typeface of it. No limits or rules. I choosed the Royal nationalpark “Haga Parken”. Out of this, I made a font family named Florish, Inspired by 1700th calligraphy (from when the park was established) and rough branshes from the trees in the park.
